Join the Staffmark Team as a Janitor! Become part of a respected academic institution dedicated to excellence, community, and cleanliness. We're looking for a dependable Janitor to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and guests.
Shift Options (Sunday-Thursday):
- 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Your Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Restock restrooms and clean classrooms, offices, and public areas.
- Handle trash removal and maintain supply inventory.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces and clean glass, mirrors, and windows.
- Maintain banquet and meeting spaces as needed.
- Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively.
- At least 6 months of janitorial or custodial experience.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or walk for 8-10 hours.
- Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
