Executive Assistant (Temporary – 5 months)
Location: Fully in office, Century City
Elite Placement Group is partnering with a leading client to bring on an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of EA experience who thrives on organization, discretion, and problem solving while balancing competing priorities.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Screen and direct calls, inquiries, and correspondence with professionalism
- Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and process expenses
- Draft and edit reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
- Act as a key point of contact for executives, clients, and internal teams
- Must be wiling to answer phones and greet visitors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level managers or executives
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
