Are you a natural planner and problem solver who thrives on keeping high-level executives on track? We’re hiring adynamic Executive Personal Assistantto support the CEO (and COO as needed) of our growing law firm.
This is not your typical assistant role—you’ll be the trusted right hand to firm leadership, ensuring business and personal priorities are managed seamlessly. From organizing calendars, meetings, and travel to overseeing vendors and household projects, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly.
The ideal candidate hasdirect experience supporting a CEO and COO in an organization of 20+ employees, is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate CEO’s and COO’s calendars, ensuring personal and business schedules align
- Organize meetings, conferences, and networking events
- Triage emails, screen calls, and ensure timely responses to communications
- Handle complex travel arrangements for business and family needs
- Attend executive meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through
- Assist with project management, office support, and vendor coordination
- Manage household schedules, appointments, and service providers (housekeeper, handyman, landscaping, etc)
- Run errands, oversee expenses, sort and organize mail, and coordinate personal events
- Prepare correspondence, thank-you notes, and referral call lists
- Support light bookkeeping and ensure bills are paid on time
- Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
$48,000 annually to start commensurate with experience
