Overview

Secretary, Safety & Security at Management & Training Corporation (MTC) – Part-time, 20 hours per week. Wage $18.31 per hour.

What you will be doing

• Perform a variety of clerical and departmental duties which require discretion, in compliance with government and management directives.
• Receive telephone calls and visitors; handle routine matters personally and route non-routine business to proper staff for consideration.
• Maintain calendar of events, schedules, and appointments.
• Maintain correspondence control log, receive incoming and outgoing mail and follow-up on action items.
• Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery services to students. Prepare related reports.
• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties; prepare special reports, type and distribute meeting minutes, maintain files and records, statistical data, make travel arrangements, etc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year clerical experience, and computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
