Clinical Secretary - Adult behavioral health services

Works cooperatively with the office manager to provide general secretarial functions that contribute to the smooth operation of the office, and delivery of quality service to clients including general reception and clerical duties, filing, data input, email correspondence, phone management, maintaining client charts, and greeting clients and other visitors.

Location Detail: NAT 1353 Gold Star Hwy Groton (10154)

Shift Detail: Schedule: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Mon, Wed, Thurs.

Natchaug Hospital is Eastern Connecticut’s leading provider for children, adolescents and adults with mental illness and substance abuse addictions. We offer a variety of programs including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, residential treatment for court-involved teenage girls, geriatric services, clinical day treatment schools and chemical dependency services.

Job Summary

Contributes to the smooth operation of the office and delivery of quality service to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a secretarial position preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email.
• Accuracy and proficiency in data entry.
