The Bankers Alley Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a Lobby Attendant to join their team. Hilton has state-of-the-art PTO, 401 K, stock purchase plans, medical, dental, vision, and great employee travel discounts on all Hilton hotel stays.

Shift Pattern: The role is a part-time position and must be flexible to work weekends, mornings, or evenings if required. Starting Rate: $18.00 per hour

A Public Area Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
• Perform tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, emptying carts of soiled linens, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, insects, and debris, and emptying ashtrays
• Greet guests in a friendly manner
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed
• Assist in delivering guest requests and in cleaning guest rooms as needed
