POSITION GOAL: To provide career and labor market information to parents as well as to students enrolled in middle, high school, and adult education programs and to work cooperatively with school administrators, teachers, guidance personnel, community agencies, and local businesses.
Essential Performance Responsibilities:
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, teachers, parents, administrators, and business representatives;
- Ability to organize and coordinate programs related to vocational or career education;
- A working knowledge of computers.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- An earned Associate's degree from an accredited institution or at least 60 semester hours of earned college credit from an accredited institution.
- Four years of documented work experience outside of education.
- Computer skills as required for the position.

Terms of Employment: Part of the Broward County Public Schools team, with a pay grade of LEVEL 1 and a classification of Nonexempt.
Compensation: $21.13 - $31.92 per hour. New hires will be hired at the minimum of the assigned salary range.
