We are looking for a forward-thinking Cybersecurity Analyst to protect and defend our modern IT infrastructure across cloud, on premises, and hybrid environments. In this role, you'll leverage AI-enhanced threat detection, Zero Trust principles, and real-time incident response to ensure our systems, data, and users remain secure in an evolving threat landscape.

This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, digital-first environments and are experienced with next-generation cybersecurity tools, automation, and modern compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Advanced English level for fluent communication (B2/C1).
• 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity analyst or security operations role.
• Hands-on experience with modern SIEM/XDR, cloud-native security tools, and automated threat response platforms.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), OAuth2, SAML, MFA, and SSO.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Terraform).
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, and current threat actor tactics and techniques.

Preferred

• Experience securing serverless architectures, API security, and data protection in AI models.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and secure AI/ML model deployment practices.
• Exposure to quantum-resistant encryption and post-quantum cryptography concepts (a plus, not required).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security events across hybrid and multi-cloud environments using modern SIEM/XDR platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike Falcon, Palo Alto Cortex XDR).
• Proactively detect, investigate, and respond to threats using AI-driven analytics, SOAR workflows, and behavioral anomaly detection.
• Perform continuous vulnerability scanning, threat hunting, and risk assessments using platforms like Tenable.io, Qualys, or Wiz.
• Contribute to cloud security posture management (CSPM) across platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Participate in the development and enforcement of security policies, incident playbooks, and automated response plans using SOAR tools (e.g., Splunk SOAR, Palo Alto XSOAR).
• Support compliance and governance efforts aligned with modern standards.
