Job Description:

The General Dentist is responsible for diagnosing and treating issues related to patients' teeth, gums, and overall oral health. They provide preventive and corrective care while educating patients on proper dental hygiene and diet choices that affect oral health.

Qualifications:

• Dental degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience is needed.
• Must be comfortable handling general dentistry cases, including minor extractions, fillings, and dentures.
• Current Pennsylvania Dentist license.
• Current DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) Certificate.
• Valid driver's license.
• Annual CPR training and certification.

• Up to $2,000 per month for meeting quality measures and encounter targets.
