Parts Authority LLC is seeking a Delivery Driver in Pico Rivera, CA. The Delivery Driver plays a pivotal role in the success of our business, fostering strong client relationships and serving as the main point of contact with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.
• Follow assigned routes, adhere to time schedules, and use route navigation apps as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling complaints and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a safe driving record, abide by transportation laws, and perform daily vehicle checks when applicable.
• Assist with store/warehouse duties, maintain workplace safety, and secure/transferred assets as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to manage and account for money transactions, reconcile customer credit and debt balances, and utilize a tablet/mobile device for navigation and customer interface.
• Exceptional customer and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed.
