Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies (Fresno, CA)

Join Stryker as a Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies, to provide clinical product support to hospital staff and on-site guidance during surgical procedures.

What You Will Do

• Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and clinical/technical support for navigation technologies, equipment, and instruments.
• Utilize proprietary software for pre-operative scans and assist in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports as per Stryker Enabling Technologies quality system.
• Provide case coverage at accounts and support sales plan development and execution.
• Actively sell clinical benefits of products and build relationships with key surgeons and OR staff.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase communication around product performance.
• Obtain purchase orders for products consumed during surgical procedures and track case coverage purchase orders.

What You Need

• Required: Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of clinical experience.
• Preferred: Sales and/or marketing experience.

Additional Information

• This position requires handling instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids.
• Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
