TITLE: Machine Operator
SHIFT: Rotating 3rd Shift; 7:00PM-7:00AM

  • 2-2-3 Rotating Work Schedule (every other weekend)

Essential Accountabilities

  • Support the successful operation of the Morristown facility
  • Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility
  • Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications
  • Follow cGMP procedures
  • Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Entry- level Manufacturing experience
  • Basic Computer skills needed
  • Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Overall work history including attendance will be considered in the selection process
  • Motivation for continuous learning
  • Ability to openly embrace change

This position is designated as a Safety-Sensitive (A safety-sensitive position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others).

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand during 12 -hours shifts with regular breaks
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 37 lbs
  • Repetitive arm/hand movement
