Overview
SUMMARY:
Assigns Hotel Inspectors Boards and housekeepers to vacated rooms, inspects their work and checks room for needed maintenance, Public areas and performs the work of room attendant during emergencies. Hours must be flexible to include weekends and holidays.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic math skills
Language Skills:Must be able to speak and understand English.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:• Stand, Sit, walk, push, pull, lift grasp, bend and kneel for up 8 hours at a time
• Lift up to 50 lbs with assistance , 20 lbs frequently and 10 lbs constant

SUMMARY:

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed
- Establishes schedule and plans the day to day work assignments (LMS)
- Manage Guest opportunities, Investigates guest complaints and solve guest issues
- Inspects and approve staff work performance base on evaluations
- Ensures cleaning is done to contract specifications / standards
- Manage ordering and inventory of the linen / amenities / supplies (Oracle)
- Provides training / Coaching / Discipline to both current and new employees
- Manage time keeping / Schedules/ Vacations / Production based on business levels (kronos)
- Arrange and coordinates projects / cleanliness and repairs with other departments
- Undertakes necessary admiration and paper work / Day to Day documents from GRA's and Houseman's and Hotel Inspectors assignments Track attendance and performance evaluations from all Department TMs / TM Files (FileNet)
- Administer disciplines (Write ups / Suspensions / Terminations / Etc.)
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have strong written and verbal skills
• One year or more of experience in housekeeping (Hotel or similar resort setting)
• Positive communication (oral and written)
• Positive attitude / Professional manners and appearance at all times
