Previous hospitality experiencePrior experience in a cleaning position Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service skills Ability to use technology, e.g., computers, tablets, iPads Organizational skills Proven experience in working quickly and efficiently Ability to take initiative and handle assignments with limited supervision Clean and sanitize assigned hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning windows and mirrors, cleaning bathrooms, vents, lobby areas, walls, carpets, and common areas within shift time requirementsReport any technology, maintenance, or room ware issues to the Housekeeping ManagerInteract with all hotel guests in a professional matter; assist as needed and share hotel knowledgeMaintain cleanliness and organization of the housekeeping office and storage area.
