Coordinate work assignments & training, along with providing guidance to solve problems and resolve issues.* Assure people, parts & processes are effectively functioning. This includes quality control checks, machine & equipment maintenance, compliance with policies & procedures, and team member performance.* Facilitate scheduled work orders, including required materials to fulfill work, ensuring customer requirements are met* Collaborate within & across the operation to drive continuous improvement**You Have:*** High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
