Liv Hospitality, LLC is hiring: Retail Associate in Deadwood

We are looking for a friendly and energetic retail associate to join our team at Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort. As a retail associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting them with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store. You will also help with inventory, merchandising, and cashiering tasks. You should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with information about the products and services offered by the store.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for and suggest complementary or alternative products.
• Assist customers with transactions using the point-of-sale system, payments, and receipts.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges politely and professionally.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
• Follow store policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and display of products.
• Work as a team player and communicate effectively with other staff members and managers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for gaming and hospitality.
• Must be 21 years of age
