Position Description includes warehouse duties and forklift operation with a pay structure and shift details as noted below. Benefits are available and include weekly pay, training, and various insurance and 401(k) options.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Operate and maintain accuracy in picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team; capable of working in a diverse environment
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
• Highly thorough and dependable with good attendance
• Must be punctual; able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs; ability to stand for long periods
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and various shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly pay: $19.25 per hour
• Overtime pay: $28.87 per hour
• Additional pay: $2.00 per hour when assigned to second shift
• $0.75 pay increase after 6 months of employment
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Wednesday - Saturday, 4:00 pm – 4:00 am; half day on Wednesday
