We are searching for a dynamic Office Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role will manage the day-to-day activities, coordinate administrative tasks, and provide support to various departments within the organization.

Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic Office Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role will manage the day-to-day activities, coordinate administrative tasks, and provide support to various departments within the organization.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow and maintain office supplies and inventory
- You serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communication, coordinate and manage guest visits or office events
- You assist with budgeting and office expense management and process and track invoices, purchase orders, and payments
- You oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including working with service providers and suppliers and ensure office equipment and technology is functional and up to date
- You partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary and assist with onboarding of new staff
- Experience You have 2 to 3 years experience as an Office Manager, Front Desk Manager, or Administrative Assistant
- Technical Proficiency You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficient in office software, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent time management, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication
