Overview

The Goods Flow Co-Worker I ensures products are efficiently and accurately received, stocked, and made available for customers. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, organized, and effective goods flow process throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high product availability through accurate and timely completion of store goods flow tasks
• Perform daily goods flow operations using systems and tools to maintain process efficiency and data accuracy
• Follow inventory control routines to maximize stock accuracy and product availability
• Adhere to all company health, safety, and security requirements to prevent incidents involving co-workers, customers, or equipment
• Participate in daily goal-setting and contribute to team action plans
• Work efficiently and cost-consciously to support continuous improvement in goods flow processes
• Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues across departments
