Join a global leader in wireless infrastructure as a Construction Manager (CM) supporting site development and capital improvement projects across a nationwide portfolio. As a CM, you will ensure construction execution aligns with safety standards, project timelines, and quality expectations. This is a high-impact, field-oriented position with oversight of end-to-end construction activities, budgets, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee field construction activities across a defined geographic region
- Manage project budgets, schedules, vendors, and materials
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory protocols
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver on-time and on-budget assets
- Review and approve site designs and utility coordination
- Anticipate risk and develop preventative action plans
- Address and resolve client or subcontractor issues
- Provide consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
- 8+ years in wireless site construction or related field (civil, building)
- 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Planning, or equivalent experience
- Telecom-specific field experience within the last 12 months
- Strong understanding of wireless tower development, leases, easements, zoning
- Prior experience managing network deployment or construction projects
- Experience in global or large-scale telecom portfolios
- Financial acumen in construction budgeting and analysis
- Ability to manage remote construction teams and vendors
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient in managing site development processes and documentation
- Effective communication across functional teams and leadership
- Organized and adaptable in fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in wireless telecom
- Familiarity with site utility design and service coordination
- Presentation skills for reporting project progress and issues
- Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Willingness to travel up to 80% regionally
