Job Summary

Join a global leader in wireless infrastructure as a Construction Manager (CM) supporting site development and capital improvement projects across a nationwide portfolio. As a CM, you will ensure construction execution aligns with safety standards, project timelines, and quality expectations. This is a high-impact, field-oriented position with oversight of end-to-end construction activities, budgets, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee field construction activities across a defined geographic region
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, vendors, and materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory protocols
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver on-time and on-budget assets
  • Review and approve site designs and utility coordination
  • Anticipate risk and develop preventative action plans
  • Address and resolve client or subcontractor issues
  • Provide consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Experience
  • 8+ years in wireless site construction or related field (civil, building)
  • 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Planning, or equivalent experience
  • Telecom-specific field experience within the last 12 months
  • Strong understanding of wireless tower development, leases, easements, zoning
  • Prior experience managing network deployment or construction projects
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Experience in global or large-scale telecom portfolios
  • Financial acumen in construction budgeting and analysis
Required Skills
  • Ability to manage remote construction teams and vendors
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in managing site development processes and documentation
  • Effective communication across functional teams and leadership
  • Organized and adaptable in fast-paced, multi-project environments
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in wireless telecom
  • Familiarity with site utility design and service coordination
  • Presentation skills for reporting project progress and issues
Additional Requirements
  • Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% regionally
