Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large, cross-organizational IT projects through the full SDLC, from planning to implementation.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring business requirements are translated into technical specifications.
  • Track development progress under Agile methodology, including sprint planning and feature-driven delivery.
  • Provide concise weekly status updates, escalate issues appropriately, and facilitate project team meetings.
  • Oversee multi-million-dollar budgets, project schedules, and vendor activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and maintain strong sponsor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Produce high-quality project documentation and deliverables for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong background overseeing SDLC deliverables and guiding requirements through technical delivery.
  • Demonstrated success developing project plans, risk logs, contingency plans, and executive reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • 8+ years managing Agile projects, including sprint oversight and tracking development progress.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; thrives in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
