6+Month Contract
Responsibilities:

• Ensure that business, technical, environmental, operational, financial, and scheduling objectives are met for assigned projects.
• Manage project workflow by identifying and executing interfaces between facility planning, regulatory, right-of-way, environmental, engineering, design, construction, operations, and marketing functions.
• Responsible for project meetings, planned budget, and schedule.
• Manage resources considering team expertise and workload across optimization, right-of-way, environmental, regulatory, technical services, and construction while staying within budget.
• Assist in identifying and implementing best practices.
• Maintain communication links with project team, sponsors, project control, facility owners, and operators.
• Serve as a functional member of the project management team.
• Facilitate project budget development and conduct project review processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent combination of education.
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management.
• Analytical and evaluation skills to define critical tasks, establish sequence, identify teams, timelines, and outcomes.
• Project management skills to develop and monitor work agreements, budgets, specifications, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate team efforts, provide guidance, and communicate project objectives and status.
• Financial modeling experience to quantify costs/benefits and track outcomes.
• Knowledge of project management techniques, company business, applicable policies, procedures, practices, and federal, state, and local laws.
