Job Title: Project Manager - Construction (Residential & Commercial Renovations)
Location: Long Island City, Queens, NY (Travel required throughout NYC and the five boroughs)
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across New York City and the surrounding boroughs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage renovation projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits across NYC and the five boroughs to monitor progress and address issues.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly to avoid delays.
- Oversee quality control and final inspections to ensure client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential and commercial renovations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in NYC.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout NYC and the five boroughs.
- Office-based in Long Island City, Queens, with frequent travel to project sites.
