Location: Rolling Meadows, IL
Duration: 6+ Mlonths
Required Skills: Project Management, PMP, GBS Portfolio
Job Description:

• Partnering with Leadership , Planview team, and VDO to create best practices
  • Join all Planview meetings, and be GBS Representative voice
    • Champion of all requested changes, and well as understand latest PV changes
    • Would also need to understand any additional PV Integration (contractor connect, ADO, etc.)
• Focus on suite of GBS Reporting (resources, financials, executive, portfolio level, etc)
  • Align IT, M&A, and Business project management processes and reporting
• Support a culture of continuous learning to push GBS Project best practices
  • Training, Communications, recurring messaging, enforcement
• Monitor GBS Project Portfolios for Time, Budget, Scope, and Quality
  • Alignment of Projects/Programs within the GBS Portfolio
  • Reviewing project risks/issues and interdependencies on other projects
• Participate and contribute to Corp Governance Committee Meetings.
• Understanding Corporate Financial Governance and work to onboard GBS to similar best practice.
