Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Manager - Governance Program/Project Management to join their team. As an Project Manager, you will be part of the Governance, Risk, and Controls department supporting the Global Financial Crimes Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Must have worked on MRA / MRIA requests due to regulatory changes - manage requests, stakeholder management, and ensure delivery
Job Title: Project Manager - MRA/Regulatory
Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid)
Pay Range: $60 per hour W2
(due to client rules, we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors)
What's the Job?
- Structure and coordinate regulatory efforts across multiple teams.
- Reconcile and synthesize information from diverse sources.
- Create clear plans, timelines, and structured documentation.
- Support program-level coordination without an Agile/Scrum focus.
- Act as a liaison between audit, risk, technology, and line of business teams.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in technology Program and/or Project Management in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and writing skills-clear, concise, and polished.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments (no direct regulator interaction required).
- Hands-on approach-ready to dig into the work, not just oversee it.
- Intermediate Excel skills (i.e., VLOOKUPs, Pivots).
