You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, write detailed business and functional requirements, and manage priorities to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through implementation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, drive milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Write clear and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
- Conduct grooming calls to refine requirements and priorities.
- Establish effective communication plans with project teams and key stakeholders.
- Provide daily direction to project resources and ensure effective change management.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, status reports, and budgets.
- Balance workload between meetings, documentation, and project management activities.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Project Management skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects.
- Proficiency in BRD/FRD writing and functional requirements documentation.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
- 0-2 years of project management or related experience (internship or academic projects considered).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
