Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and manage day-to-day marketing initiatives, ensuring all activities align with the brand's goals. Actively participate in brainstorming, planning, and executing campaigns that drive visibility and engagement.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the Social Media Manager to develop and enhance social media strategies. Provide creative support through visual assets and campaign ideas to strengthen the overall social media presence.
- Graphic Design & Photography: Work hands-on with design and photography projects, contributing creatively and guiding the Graphic Designer / Photographer to ensure cohesive, high-quality visual content.
- Website & SEO Management: Regularly update and maintain the company's website, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and optimized for search engines. Monitor SEO performance and make adjustments to improve visibility.
- Campaign Management & Data Analysis: Lead the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, using real-time data analysis to optimize performance and achieve better results.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure that every piece of content, from visual assets to written copy, reflects the brand identity. Personally contribute to the development of creative concepts, ensuring the company's voice is consistently represented.
- Offline Marketing: Plan and coordinate offline marketing efforts, such as print campaigns, local partnerships, and sponsorships, to complement the digital strategy.
- Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Work: Work closely with the marketing, events, operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth, cohesive execution of marketing projects. Act as the go-to person for hands-on design, photography, and marketing needs.
- Event Promotion: Assist in planning and promoting in-house events by creating marketing materials, managing promotional campaigns, and ensuring the event is well-represented on social media and other channels.
- Budget Management: Take an active role in managing the marketing budget, making sure that resources are used efficiently. Track spending and ensure marketing efforts provide measurable returns.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and partners.
- Skilled in creating original content for both digital and print marketing.
- Analytical mindset to assess marketing performance and make real-time decisions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
