Job Description: As a Journeyman Electrician at Polar Electric LLC, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing your expertise to a wide range of electrical projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Troubleshooting electrical systems and resolving issues efficiently.
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Alaska.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License
• Must own a comprehensive set of professional electrical tools.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to safety and a high level of attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
