Graphic Designer – Dallas, TX (Onsite) LHH is recruiting for a dedicated Graphic Designer for a permanent opportunity in the Dallas, TX area. This full-time role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in collaborative environments and seeks to elevate visual communications across a diverse range of projects. A minimum of three years hands-on design experience is required, preferably in a retail setting.
Responsibilities Brand Development: Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand identity across all digital and print channels.
Visual Asset Creation: Design materials including advertisements, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, signage, and digital assets for web and social media.
Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing strategists to create engaging visuals for email campaigns, landing pages, and social media posts.
Collaboration: Work with designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver cohesive and memorable creative solutions.
Project Management: Own projects from conception to final delivery, meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards.
Quality Control: Ensure deliverables are pixel-perfect, brand-aligned, and optimized for intended platforms.
Print Production: Prepare print-ready files, liaise with vendors, and review proofs for accurate print outcomes.
Multi-Disciplinary Projects: Support cross-functional initiatives, integrating graphics with text, photography, and video/motion assets where appropriate.
Innovation & Trendspotting: Stay current with design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies to enhance output.
Problem-Solving: Address design challenges with creativity and attention to detail.
Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a professional graphic designer with a portfolio of print and digital work.
Retail Experience: Previous experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, or Canva is a plus.
Video/Motion: Experience with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is advantageous but not required.
Typography & Layout: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Print & Digital: Ability to work across print and digital mediums and adapt designs for various formats.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization: Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Collaboration: Experience in fast-paced, team-based environments with openness to feedback.
Location: Must be able to work onsite at the client’s office in the Dallas area.
