We’re looking for a versatile team member who can manage daily office operations and bring creativity to our in-house design work.

Position Overview

The Office Manager / Graphic Designer is a hybrid role that keeps the shop organized and clients impressed. You’ll handle scheduling, invoicing, and order coordination—while also producing high-quality digital artwork for apparel, online stores, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Client Support

  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, phone/email inquiries, and order tracking
  • Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor communications
  • Coordinate timelines between clients, production staff, and delivery logistics
  • Manage and maintain online stores (Chipply and other platforms), including product setup, artwork, and deadlines
  • Support owner/operator in special projects, proposals, and community accounts

Graphic Design & Production Support

  • Create custom artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and DTF applications
  • Prepare files for print production (vectorization, separations, sizing, mockups)
  • MUST be proficient in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop or CorelDRAW experience a plus
  • Design marketing materials for fundraising stores, events, and ACE promotions
  • Assist with social media content, flyers, and branding concepts
  • Ensure consistency across client artwork and ACE brand identity

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order entry & scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and vendor relations
  • Ability to balance creative design work with administrative duties
  • Previous screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products experience a plus
  • Familiarity with online store platforms (Chipply, Shopify, etc.) preferred
