Pay rate: $65/hr C2C
Duration: 12+ months

Job Description
Business Analyst - Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C)
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze existing P&C processes (like underwriting, claims, and reinsurance) to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholder
• Conform requirements by getting business signoff
• Breakdown requirements into Features and Stories with acceptance criteria
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, translating complex business needs into technical specifications
• Provide support during the implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance lifecycle, products, and market.
Must have experience in Reinsurance.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess business needs and data.
• Technical Proficiency: Skills in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL) and familiarity with common P&C insurance software systems (e.g., Guidewire).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively to Business stakeholders and global development teams.
