Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technology projects.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant
- A strong background in business analysis within the technology sector.
- 4+ years' experience in WMS, supply chain technologies, or EDI implementations.
- Experience in software testing and agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working on cross-functional teams to deliver results.
