The Walt Disney Studios' Business Platforms and Services team is seeking a Product Manager. On our
team, you will be responsible for acting as the day-to-day liaison between our business partners and Studio
Technology team. You will become the subject matter expert for applications you will be working on and
recommend solutions to ensure business needs are met. This Product Manager will leverage their strong
background & affinity for Product Ownership, Stakeholder Management, Business Analysis, and
Development to manage internal or consumer facing products and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and Studio Technology, promoting long-term
relationships.
Bring a unique perspective to products and push our teams and stakeholders to push boundaries
and innovate, balancing trade-offs and needs.
Collaborate with development team through escalations and issues including resolution (perform
root cause analysis and recommend solutions).
Work with key stakeholders to gain sound understanding of their needs and to promote long-term
relationships.
Write and communicate product requirements effectively to developers, designers, and
stakeholders.
Understand how your teams and products fit within the Studio Technology, Studio, and Company-
wide ecosystems and ensure they evolve to continue to serve key purposes.
Translate strategy and product vision into project deliverables with launch targets.
Partner with and clearly communicate to Engineering, Design, Business, and other Product teams
to deliver engaging experiences/features for our products and platforms.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) for current knowledge regarding assigned applications in order
to ensure knowledgeable business decisions.
Collect and analyze data to understand behavioral patterns of our u and use that insight to
improve the product(s), translating business needs into functional business requirements.
Collaborate with business partners to define project scope and requirements for business requests.
Manage issues through closure including follow ups and communication with business u .
Prepare project documentation like meeting minutes, deck presentations, requirements, business
process workflow diagrams, and roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of relevant tech industry work experience including business analysis and SDLC
management. Entertainment industry experiences a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
Effective in a variety of formal/informal presentation settings: one-on-one, small and large groups.
Proven practical experience with analysis and/or support to technology business processes.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements understandable to technical team.
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and tech teams.
Process-driven, extremely detail-oriented, and thorough with the ability to meet deadlines.
Must be flexible and effective at multi-tasking.
Thrive in working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
Team player - willing to work with various teams in difference disciplines and get their hands
dirty, doing tasks outside their scope of work.
Ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
Must be pro-active with issue identification and resolution.
