Seeking experienced Business Analysts / Junior Project Managers to join a National retail organization for a large transformation initiative. Business Analysts should be comfortable in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Ideal candidates will bring experience in Retail - specifically with inventory, merchandise planning and/or Supply Chain - a strong analytical mindset, and a knack for solving data integration challenges.
You'll work closely with our Product Team, Engineers, and Data Scientists to ensure seamless communication between systems and accurate data flow across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to support product development and system integrations
- Own and manage integration points between platforms-ensuring data flows cleanly from A to B and matches across systems
- Analyze merchandising, retail, and inventory data to support product decisions and operational improvements
- Document workflows, data mappings, and system dependencies
- Support project planning, tracking, and delivery when needed
- Identify gaps in data quality and work with stakeholders to resolve inconsistencies
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between business and technical teams
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or product-focused environments
- Experience with retail, merchandising, or inventory analytics is a strong plus
- Familiarity with data integration concepts and tools (ETL, APIs, data mapping)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in agile or hybrid environments
- Exposure to product lifecycle management or digital product development
- Experience with SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools
