Description:
Top Skill & Years of Experience Required:
1. Understand the Project Management methodologies and practices to be able to work closely with a
Program Manager and seamlessly move into the PM role on occasion.
2. Experience with evaluating project risks and issues and assisting Program Manager/Portfolio Manager with
prioritization and development of mitigation or resolution strategies.
3. Ability to apply business analysis experience and project management knowledge to real world scenarios.
Agile Project Methodology and JIRA knowledge preferred.
4. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
5. Business Analyst Certification Preferred
6. Salesforce Certification Preferred
7. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is preferred
8. Experience in conducting Functional Analysis is preferred
