Hybrid position-some telecommuting flexibility. Must be able to work in Bolingbrook, IL office Tuesday-Thursday. May work remotely from home Monday & Friday.
Responsibilities Include
- Salesforce Analyst (50%): Define project roadmap, communicate with stakeholders, and implement business solutions;
- Salesforce Administrator (35%) Set up users, configure security & access, create and maintain custom objects & process automations, govern desktop & mobile apps, and train Salesforce users;
- Data Integration (15%): Proficient with integrating data between Salesforce, SQL databases, or other API enabled cloud applications.

Requires: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Software Engineer, or related occupation. In the alternative, a Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, field and 3 years of experience (same occupations) will also be considered.
Experience Must Include The Following Skills
- 3 years Salesforce configuration, implementation, and administration experience with mid-sized international business
- Comprehensive knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- 2 years of IT project management experience
- Experience with CPQ+ administration and supporting end user activity
- Experience with developing and deploying Experience Cloud (Communities)
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, or similar telephony integration
- Development skills in: APEX, SOQL, JavaScript, VisualForce, Einstein, OMNIChannel, HTML
- Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
