Job Summary

The Business Analyst II will be a part of the Position Services Client Service Group (PSCSG-NY), a dedicated support team within the Prime Brokerage business unit. This team specializes in managing Corporate Actions, Dividends, and Income events. The primary focus of this role is to ensure Prime Brokerage clients and Account Managers have a comprehensive understanding of complex International and Domestic corporate action events that impact their accounts.



Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between Operations, Prime Brokerage, and clients, managing relationships and communications.

Support the development and enhancement of Corporate Action processes and systems to improve the client experience.

Respond to client inquiries regarding complex corporate events across global markets.

Provide direct support to clients related to Corporate Actions.

Deliver training to clients on systems, tools, and corporate events.

Manage expiration date processes for global voluntary events, ensuring 100% client response.

Conduct and share weekly risk analyses on upcoming global expirations with Prime Brokerage, Risk teams, and other stakeholders.

Investigate and resolve issues related to Corporate Action processing discrepancies.

Maintain client notification preferences and standing instructions while ensuring event accuracy.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in Corporate Actions (strongly preferred).

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and risk-sensitive environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to issue ownership and resolution.

Solid analytical and mathematical skills.

Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
