- Full-Time Availability: You are available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.
- Dedicated Workspace: You have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
- Residency: We currently prefer candidates from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities.
- Background Check: You are able to pass a background check.
- Exceptional Communication: You possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating friendliness and patience in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
- Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using computers and navigating software applications.
