In This Role, You Will
- Provide crisis intervention, psychosocial assessments, and counseling.
- Advocate for patients and families, connecting them with essential resources.
- Facilitate complex discharges and transitions of care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (CSWE accredited)
- 2+ years post-MSW experience (5+ years preferred)
- Oregon LCSW or CSWA working towards licensure (LCSW required within 2 years)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Pay Range
$38.72 - $56.14 /hour
