Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: Day to Day tasks to be performed by candidate include: • Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone • provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups • provide instruction on newly released functionality • deliver presentations to line staff • monitor compliance with data entry requirements • review training materials • provide technical assistance with data warehouse
