Description:
Staff Tennis Instructor will lead on-court tennis instruction of both youth and adult tennis clinics. Specific on-court duties will include stroke instruction, ball feeding, organizing drills and games, and interaction with clinic members. Along with on-court responsibilities the Staff Tennis Instructor will have off-court duties, which will include making phone calls, preparing lesson plans, and general cleaning and maintenance of the tennis facility as needed.
Education Desired High School Diploma or its equivalent preferred unless under 18 and still in school
Experience Desired Previous tennis instruction
Competitive tennis playing
License Requirements CPR, Defibrillator, and First Aid (training provided by Augusta Health)
License Desired PTR tennis teaching
Skill Requirements Good interpersonal people
Working knowledge of Windows computer system and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Skill Desired USTA 4.0 or higher tennis player.
