Pediatric Hospitalist Physician

12 Hour shifts (8a-8p or 8p to 8a) 7 days a week.

• 12-hour shifts covering inpatient pediatric unit (peds beds and the after-hours ED beds), Newborn nursery and back up for deliveries, and ED consults

Coverage and rounding on inpatient pediatric patients.

No on-call requirements.

• neonatal intensive care unit is a 20-bed Level III NICU covered 24/7

• The Pediatric hospitalist provides 24/7 coverage of Pediatric Department including well baby nursery, 5-bed pediatric unit, 5-bed pediatric after-hours unit (located on pediatric unit)
