Expedited privileges available for providers with clean histories
Shift Description
Clinic: 4 days/week, 8 AM - 4 PM with 1-hour lunch
Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation
Weekend Coverage: Friday 8 AM - Monday 8 AM
Call Details
Call Type: Beeper
Call Response Time: 20 minutes to be in facility Call Back Percentage: 2%
Overnight + weekend call required
Requirements
Board Certified in OBGYN
Licensed in AR or IMLC
BLS, PALS & Fetal Monitoring certification
Laser Certification
Fellowship preferred
Required Procedures
Low risk pregnancy management
FHR interpretation: NST, CST, FSE
OB Ultrasounds: Level I (viability) & Level II (anatomic) - performance + interpretation
Routine deliveries: Vaginal, Low forceps, decision-making for C-section
Complicated deliveries: C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBACs
Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
Office/minor gynecology: IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP
Surgical gynecology: Open & Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor - Tubal ligation, LOAs, Chronal tubation
Surgical gynecology: Operative/major - Ectopic pregnancy, Ovary removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOAs
