LOCUM ANESTHESIOLOGIST in Troy, New York Job ID:

- Practice Setting: Hospital-Based
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning December 2025, full-time for 3 months with the option to extend. Call rotation - weeknight beeper call from 7 pm - 7 am and weekend beeper call 7 am - 7 am.
- Support Staff/Supervision: Will do some own cases but also supervise CRNAs 1:3 or 1:4
- # of ORs: 8
- Patient Demographic: Adult patient population - low volume of pediatric cases.
- Case Mix: General Surgery, Endo, Vascular, OB, Ortho, Bariatric Surgery, Uro, Gyn. No hearts or heads, very limited peds. There are 100 deliveries per month, but the epidural rate is low (large midwifery program), C-Section rate is 15%.
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 60 days
- Active NY license: Highly preferred
- BC/BE: BC required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- COVID Vaccine: Yes
- Travel/Lodging/Rental or Mileage: Yes
- Pay Rate: $350-$375 per hour
