We also assist High-Tech enterprises in going public on the US stock market. Role Description This is a contract role for a Chief Solutions Architect - Real Estate Tokenization and Trading Services. The role is hybrid, located in San Diego, CA, with some work from home flexibility. The Chief Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing solution architectures, developing software by leading offshore software development resource, integrating systems, optimizing business processes and cooperating with law firm partners to ensure compliance to all governance regulations. Qualifications 1. Blockchain and Smart Contract Development Proficiency in
Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains
(e.g., Polygon, Arbitrum, Base) with the ability to recommend suitable networks. Strong expertise in
Solidity
and
secure smart contract development
(e.g., preventing reentrancy, overflow, permission mismanagement). Demonstrated experience with
ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155 standards , with the ability to design and implement compliant
security tokens for real estate assets . Capability to implement
token issuance, purchase, transfer, lock-up mechanisms, and dividend distribution
via smart contracts. 2. Security and Regulatory Compliance Proven ability to conduct or coordinate
smart contract security audits
with reputable third-party firms. Understanding of
U.S. and international regulatory requirements
(e.g., SEC regulations on securities tokens, KYC/AML compliance). Experience integrating
KYC/AML verification modules
to ensure compliant investor onboarding. Expertise in
data encryption, privacy protection, key management, and multi-signature wallets . 3. Platform and System Development Ability to integrate
Web3 wallets
(MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) seamlessly. Development of a comprehensive
investor dashboard : registration, asset presentation, transaction history, and income distribution. Creation of
real estate asset management modules
for project tokenization, valuation, and cash flow management. Development of both
frontend and backend applications , including
web-based and mobile DApps . Provision of
APIs
for third-party integration and potential exchange connectivity. 4. Secondary Market Trading and Liquidity Solutions Capability to develop
peer-to-peer (P2P) trading features
or integrate with
decentralized exchanges (DEXs) . Knowledge of
liquidity pool (AMM)
and
order book models , with the ability to adapt based on regulatory environments. Support for
restricted transfer mechanisms
(e.g., tokens tradable only among qualified or accredited investors). 5. System Architecture and Scalability Experience designing hybrid systems that balance
on-chain and off-chain data storage
for compliance and efficiency. Modular and scalable system architecture
to support future upgrades (e.g., cross-chain expansion, NFT-based ownership rights). Ability to ensure
high-performance transaction processing and data query handling . 6. Project Experience and Team Qualifications Demonstrated experience in
tokenization, Security Token Offerings (STOs), and real estate blockchain projects . Familiarity with both
fintech and real estate sectors , with preference for teams with cross-domain expertise. Ability to present
relevant case studies, client references, or working demos . 7. Project Delivery and Support Services Provision of
end-to-end services : requirements gathering, system architecture, development, testing, deployment, auditing, launch, and maintenance. Delivery of
technical documentation and training materials
to ensure client self-sufficiency. Commitment to
