As part of the Ralliant Talent COE, the Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Process Owner reports to the North America Head of Talent Acquisition and serves as the key TA Lead for the PacSci account. Based at the Gemba in

Hollister, CA , this role oversees hiring activities in California, Arizona, and other states as required. The TA Process Owner in Arizona will have a dotted reporting line to this role as part of the project. The Senior TA Process Owner drives and owns the end-to-end TA process, ensuring consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across OpCos. The role emphasizes strategic thinking with a focus on leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights to optimize recruiting and enhance talent intelligence. As business needs evolve, this position may transition into a broader TA Business Partner capacity or shift focus to another OpCo reflecting the organization’s growth priorities. Responsibilities

Process Ownership: Drive and own the TA process, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across multiple states. Program Management: Provide strategic thought leadership across end-to-end TA programs and sourcing campaigns; lead large-scale hiring initiatives; oversee candidate pipeline and program reporting; lead local hiring programs and promotional activities in partnership with site HR, Early Career Talent leader, and the North America TA Leader; participate in site leadership meetings to influence talent strategies. Recruitment Execution: Deliver against immediate hiring needs while shaping a scalable, future-focused TA framework. Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate journey through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. Stakeholder Management: Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, aligning on hiring priorities and talent strategies. Strategic Enablement: Apply strategic thinking, integrating AI, automation, and data-driven insights into recruiting practices. Process & Continuous Improvement: Co-lead TA Obeya Rooms with business leaders to drive accountability, track progress, and ensure transparency; identify bottlenecks and implement real-time process improvements. Strategic Workforce Planning & Org Design: Partner with business leaders to connect TA strategy with workforce planning and organizational design initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including 2+ years managing or coordinating recruiting programs or processes. Proven experience in process or program management within TA or HR. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, analytics, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., ORC, Eightfold). Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior levels. Direct recruiting experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Track record of scaling hiring programs to support rapid business growth. Background in organizations with a continuous improvement culture (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Exposure to or hands-on use of AI applications in recruiting, with the ability to apply talent insights and data-driven decision-making. Travel may be required as needed; onsite presence (5 days/week) strongly preferred; up to 2 remote days may be allowed. This position is eligible for a bonus as part of the total compensation package. Salary range: 107,000 - 198,000 (local currency).
