The Social Media and Digital Content Manager is responsible for content creation and execution across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This role can further develop into a Director of Marketing and/or CMO role as our firm continues to grow. This is your chance to take ownership of a growing firm’s digital brand and social media strategy. You’ll be working directly with leadership to design and execute campaigns that resonate with successful families and entrepreneurs, positioning DWMG as a thought leader in wealth management. Specific responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to drive engagement and attract high-value clients. Design and publish visually compelling, client-focused content (graphics, videos, articles) that reflects our expertise and brand voice. Build and maintain our online reputation by encouraging and managing client reviews on platforms like Google, integrating review generation into campaigns. Use social media management systems (Sprinklr) to plan campaigns, track metrics, and optimize content. Collaborate with marketing and leadership to design campaigns that convert social engagement into qualified leads. Elevate our firm’s brand presence by creating content that resonates with entrepreneurs, retirees, and high-net-worth families Qualifications Required Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of content creation and campaign execution. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or other design tools, plus basic video editing skills Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Later, or Sprinklr Key skills in data tracking, metrics, analysis, content creation, and strategy Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills “Questioner mindset”—someone naturally curious who asks “why” and seeks to understand goals before building strategies. Strengths in Invention, Discernment, and Tenacity (Working Genius model): able to create innovative campaigns, choose what works, and execute consistently. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Experience in problem-solving Confident, positive, and take-charge attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong analytical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to take independent action to make sound decisions with little oversight Ability to work effectively with people at all levels Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude Preferred 5 years’ experience in Social Media Content and Development Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or journalism Experience in financial services and/or high-end service industries FINRA Licensure and/or other financial licensure/acumen Life, Accident, and Health License Compensation Base salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 with bonus' between 3%-15% based on metrics Why Join Us?
