Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense | Hybrid Available A respected insurance defense firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in first- and third-party property, construction defect, and insurance coverage litigation. This position offers the opportunity to handle complex matters in a collaborative environment with no billable hour requirement and the flexibility of a hybrid schedule. What They’re Looking For 1+ years of insurance defense litigation experience (first- and third-party property, construction defect, and/or coverage preferred)

Strong background in litigation, including drafting motions, depositions, mediations, and hearings

Ability to manage cases independently while working closely with partners and clients

Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do Handle insurance defense matters from inception through resolution

Develop litigation strategies tailored to client objectives and cost-effective representation

Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations

Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts

Provide proactive communication and advice to insurers, carriers, and corporate clients

Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a hybrid, flexible setting
