Advanced Application Engineer

You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts alongside a team of application engineers to deliver cost estimates and quotes for our custom engineered solutions. You will report directly to our
Engineering Manager , and you'll work out of our
Muncie, IN
or
Houston, TX
locations on a
Hybrid
work schedule. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. Minimum of 5 years in application engineering or a similar role. Strong knowledge of combustion products and solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. WE VALUE Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering). Experience working in a cross-functional team environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results. A passion for innovation and continuous learning. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Creating cost estimates and proposals to our clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document customer needs and document potential scope of deliverables.
