Carrier Strike Group(CSG)/Carrier Airing(CVW) Embarkables Integrator
to join our team supporting the Commander Naval Air Forces Pacific Fleet (COMNAVAIRPAC). You will play a key part in ATG’s support of COMNAVAIRPAC, Key Responsibilities Coordinate the deployment and integration of Carrier Air Wings (CVWs), deployable Information Systems into a Shipboard Network System, Consolidated Afloat Networks, and Enterprise System (CANES), etc.) and non-Navy network environments. Coordinate the deployment and migration of CVWs organizational and personnel data using external hard drives. Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot deployable Information System hardware and software requirements. Maintain the IT Lifecycle Management tracker for deployable Technical Training Equipment (TTE), applications, databases, legacy networks and servers. Coordinate the Inventory of all Embarkable NMCI and follow-on systems and networks and ONE-NET assets which embarked on CVN. Monitor and Validate all 3rd party application and Microsoft patches are sent to NMCI and follow-on systems and networks and ONE-NET assets while embarked on CVN. Validate and ensure all Squadron Information Technology Point of Contact (ITPOC) has permission to their Command’s UIC in the DMT application. (Approximately 35-40 deployments annually). Coordinate NMCI and follow-on systems and networks/ONE-Net Pack Up Kit (PUK) delivery and replenishment for deploying/deployed commands. (Approximately 35-40 times a year). Coordinate MAC submissions for deployable hardware swap (Hard Drives) to refresh software and security patching. Each MAC must be submitted IAW NMCI and follow-on systems and networks Guide to Deploy process timelines when returning from deployment to the NMCI and follow-on systems and networks environment (Approximately 35-40 times annually). Coordinate Outside Continental United Sates (OCONUS) Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-NET) Request for Change (RFC) submissions for deployable hardware swap (Hard Drives) to refresh software and security patching. Each RFC must be submitted IAW ONE-NET Guide to Deploy process timelines when returning from deployment to the ONE-NET environment (Approximately 1-2 times annually). Assist CNAP N62 and CNAP Embarkables Lead with the Coordination Information Assurance security scans (Assured Compliance Assessment Solutions (ACAS)) for deployable Information Systems prior re-joining the Ashore Enterprise Network. (Approximately 35-40 times annually). Ensure final ACAS Scan reports are provided to CNAP N62 and N64. Assist with conducting deployable planning meetings for each CSGs, CVWs, and Squadrons 90, 60, 30, and 5 days prior to schedule deployment. (Approximately 35-45 time annually). Assist with providing input and annual reviews to CNAP Deployable Instruction and Deployable Checklist for all IT services and systems requirements to embark during deployments (JMPS, NALCOMIS, NMCI and follow-on systems and networks, ONE-Net and other Naval Aviation Information Systems). Monitor Naval Message for CVW’s request for support pre-embarkation, deployed, and post-embarkation and coordinate with CNA staff, SPAWAR or NAVAIR Program Office with support requirements. Coordinate with PMW-160 Embarkation Ships Integration Team for all CSG’s, and CVW’s pre-deployment. (Approximately 12 times annually). Assist PMW-160 Embarkables Team with CSG/CVW/Squadron NMCI and follow-on systems and networks/ONE-NET integration provide structure Internet Protocol (IP) address scheme based on address issue to ship. Assist and coordinate with PMW-160 Embarkables Team with the connection of network devices to include NMCI and f systems and networks, ONE-Net, and CANES certified assets to the CANES network. Assist and coordinate with PMW-160 Embarkables Team with NMCI and follow-on systems and networks & ONE-NET workstations and servers to include network services like Domain Name System(DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol(D E-Mail connectivity, and Internet browsing. Provide underway support normally ranging for up to four (4) days or until Ship’s and Staff’s command representatives a satisfied with functionality. (Approximately 6 times per year) Develop, document and maintain procedures for configuring the Embarkables forces equipment, software and configuring ship’s equipment to support the Embarkables process. Coordinate onsite NMCI and follow-on systems and networks Deployable Site Transport Boundary (DSTB)/Fly Away Kit(FAK) training approximately 4 per year, which allows for NMCI and follow-on systems and networks network connectivity while deployed. DSTB is a secure solution that allows a small network footprint to reach NMCI and follow-on systems and networks resources from the field. Configure NMCI and follow-on systems and networks DSTB/FAK with integration of legacy and other non-NMCI and follow-on systems and networks Department of Navy (DoN) networks (Approximately 4 times per year). Conduct off-site environment exercised utilizing NMCI and follow-on systems and networks DSTB, (Approximately twice a year). Assist with establishment of NMCI and follow-on systems and networks DSTB/FAK for temporary site standup, including training, and planning review meetings, (Approximately 4 times a year). Participate in the SPAWAR System Center San Diego PMW205 NMCI and follow-on systems and networks/ONE-Net Deployable Working Group Weekly Touch Point meetings. Coordinate COMPACFLT designated Information Technology Inventory Application is conducted 60 days pre deployment with TYPEWING, CVW, and Squadron IAW COMPACFLT IT inventory guidelines. Provide support to program deliverables, and reporting to both ATG leadership and Government personnel regarding contract outcomes and status.
